I have heard about the yogurt is very good for body. And the sugars are good sugars that are ok too. But since i've been trying to add yoghurt to my diet.So it is good for health.

All I know is that it tastes good and seeing it spelled with an 'h' looks weird.

I always prefer a nice bowl of Mayonnaise spread.
