I petition that the route 'Defy the Laws of Tradition' at Left Flank deserves three stars, not two. If we reach a consensus can we give it another star in rays guidebook?

Duh! I didn't even think to check that! Of course it's ***! (Even though it was rebolted a while ago to get rid of the runout to the chains. My buddy Liz and I were severly bummed when we put our friend Ed on it - we had both taken our first lead falls from just below the anchors, but there Ed was, hanging on a bolt a few feet away from the chains, shaking out! Grrrrr!)

Good route, but not three stars. Muddy/slick bottom, reach dependent crux, broken up by a ledge, bogus finish.

I disagree...the bottom dries in the fall and the crux is just that a crux...not something you see all the time at the Red. Yes the no hands rest half way sucks but it doesn't take away from the rest of the route. And the top goes straight up, instead of out left, for a better finish!

Muddy/slick bottom
It does dry out...sometimes.
reach dependent crux
I have seen people of every stature do that crux and every one of them did it a different way.
broken up by a ledge
Wouldn't be a 10a if it wasn't.
bogus finish
Typical RRG "fight the pump and finish on jugs" type finish.
