I need your help
I need your help
We've received a grant to build a climbing wall in our middle school. We need a bit more help to get it past the school board. Do you know of any school in ky that has a climbing wall over 30 feet (not universities)?

Not to rain on your parade, but a bouldering wall seems feasible, but a 30 footer might not ever pass liability hurdles. Good luck.

Positive vibes brah...positive vibes.
Re: I need your help
Don't know how to help ya exactly, but yeah 30'+ climbing walls are standard gymnasium fare in Colorado and a few other States. I would also recommend going with a wall builder like Kipp mentioned if you have grant support, Radwall is good too.
Re: I need your help
a health/safety issue with the school board like injuries or financial approval? cause football seems a template to justify both-
i'd also think a state education bureaucrat would have state wide contact information?

Collegiate (a private school grades k-12) in Louisville has a wall built by Rocksport. Not sure on the height but it seems like it may be what you are looking for.

There is a school in versailles, Northside Elementary...I think. It has a bouldering wall in the gym. Not a 30 footer but you might be able to contact them for more information. Hope this helps.
