Three weeks at the Red in April. Can i do it car-less?

Hi. I'm currently figuring out whether to spend my first 2012 trip in Hueco (Feb) or RRG (April). I'll be solo.
The biggest deciding factor is going to be the feasibility of making it work for three weeks without a car (i'll be flying in).
My plan would be to make it to Miguel's, set up camp, and try to use my urban charm, cash and other "resources" to make friends and spend as many rain-free days crushing rigs as i can.
I have rope (70m) and 18 or so draws, am an incredibly attentive belayer, will let you hang on your project with nothing more than words of encouragement, am witty (but only in the dry humor way, which everyone loves), will climb from sun-up 'till sun-down, and will not be picky about what cliffs I go to (my mission is to get on as many lines with as many stars as logistics allow).
I can currently lead 5.11, but will hang dog 5.12a/b if i need to (i'd actually like to, as the purpose of my trip is to figure out if I like sport climbing or not, and whether or not i can get good at it if i actually spend time doing it).
Given those things, my questions are:
- Would it be easy enough to find partners every day?
- Would not having a car there make things prohibitively difficult?
- How difficult is occasionally getting to a grocery store? I don't mind living off of cans and dry food, but having occasional access to perishables would be nice.
- Is spending three weeks at Miguel's enjoyable? Is there enough to do there to keep from going insane? I spent a week at RRG last year (also April), but eight of us shared a Cabin and only went to Miguel's for gear or pizza.
- Any other tips/suggestions/things to consider?
Note: I'm planning to do the first three weeks of April. My other option would be the last two weeks of April and first week of May. Thoughts on that?
Edit: I do not have a vajay-jay.
