This happens to us ALL THE TIME! It's usually because of DIRTY CARPETS!!! If only there was a cleaning service somewhere nearby... like Las Vegas...

Not sure how comcast cable is set up, but if your cc unit is connecting like a fax machine, you may need to get a line splitter and put the router on one side and the cc unit on the other. Google fax and dsl and you'll get a ton of info on setting this up, it is a common problem.

I mean this in the nicest way possible...you must be an IT geek. Re-read Yasmeen's post, maybe a few times. And this time try not to focus on an IT solution.
