Crane Cyclefest

On May 21st NSWC Crane will be hosting their 2nd annual Cyclefest. This is part of the national group known as Ride 2 Recovery.
The proceeds go to helping wounded Vets who want to return to bicycling. Inspiring to say the least. Last year there was a young man there riding
who had both prosthetic legs and arms. Last yesr was the first time in years that the base opened to the public for such an event. No traffic, beautiful scenery, and challenging terrain makes this a special event. I know many climbers also ride, kayak etc. and we all know how much our outdoor pursuits help heal our souls and strengthen our resolve to keep on keepin' on. If you can make it you will have a great and challengeing ride and I can think of nothing better to do than honor those who have sacraficed so much.
