For those who may have been interested in the yoga retreat at True North in early march but did not make it, or, if you did attend and enjoyed yourself, Lauren McGrath and Allison Kemphaus have decided to try it again this may. There will be a few changes this time, the bigest being more time to climb during the retreat. The rest of the void of the weekend will be filled with more amazing natural foods cooking and asana yoga instruction. Oh and the new location has a hot tub and sauna. Read more about it at:

Re: Another Yoga Retreat
Anyone do it at home yoga. I am thinking of adding it to my off day to help with flexibility, and to keep me moving all 2 days of the week so share any certain videos, shows you like.
Re: Another Yoga Retreat
I don't know of any videos, but if you know how to read, I highly recommend the book "Light on Yoga" by BKS Iyengar. There are great diagrams & descriptions of poses, as well as some courses designed to help you make progress as you become more flexible. It's important to be aware enough of your body to know that you are doing the poses correctly. Doing the poses incorrectly could actually be detrimental.Dylannn wrote:Anyone do it at home yoga.
