I have two old pairs of climbing shoes that are well worn and have holes in the toes. They were my first pairs of climbing shoes and I have no need for them anymore other than for taking out new friends to the sport. Really, I just want to get rid of them because they are taking up space (and I have a very limited amount).
I'm probably just going to throw them away, but would rather see them go to someone who might be able to use them. Either for a kid (with big feet, size 39-ish), or to a gym that could use them.
What do you do with old shoes otheriwse? Thanks!

a few years ago i worked w/ the scouts at camp mckee in mt. sterling as the climbing director, we had no shoes due to our budget. i'm sure there are other programs out there that would appreciate your old shoes and put em to use.

drop them off at the Zachariah house. I meet people who are just getting into the sport all the time.
If you give a man a match, he'll be warm for a minute. If you set him on fire, he'll be warm for the rest of his life!
