conditions tomorrow

I know the weather will be good tomorrow, but will Muscle Beach be too hot if its in the sun? and if it rains today/tonight will the cracks be dry-ish tomorrow?
depends if you like OW in 80 degrees and sun...
with quick showers though, it will likely be dry. it's been pretty dry recently, so there is not much stock pile of moisture for seep.
