Is there a cut off date for RSVPing?

do we just have to RSVP? Or, do we acutally have to show up on August 14th?

rdo'c i believe their placing the order at the beginning of august. you would need to rsvp before the order is placed. sooner is better, and i would try to do so in july just to be on the safe side. i don't know how much lead time miguel's requires in order to make all the yummy food for us :-D

duppyC yes, you would need to show up and pitch in to get all the goodies. not a bad deal for a few hours of labor. if i remember right, last year people worked from about 9 - 2ish. they planned to work later, but 100+ people made short work of all the projects on the list!!!

remember, if you know of a trail on the PMRP that needs some lovin, report it at rrgcc.org. go to the upper left part of the site and under "contact us" there's a link to report bad trails.

repeating this from the other thread just to piss off Yasmeen

Here are the registration deadlines:

July 24, Midnight, if you want a tee shirt and to be fed and watered

August 3, Midnight, no tee shirt, but we can still feed and water you

After August 3, you are still more than welcome to come, but you will need to bring your own lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks as well as a good bottle of tequila to share

We will be checking you in and having everyone sign waivers. Those who are late registrants will get a scarlet A marked on their forehead. So just go ahead and register.

Please remember that the Facebook RSVP's do not count. If you haven't already, go to this link:

NOTE the women's shirts are once again junior sized, so keep that in mind when selecting your size. Go up at least 1 size from your normal, even though we really don't mind if you wear 'em really tight! :P
