Fixer Rd. Go to right at bottom of hill. Heading left would take you to gold coast/solar.

Is this Farin?

does it have a shower and hot water heater?

It has plumbing for gray water only.

It has a shower installed & I use a shower ball.

There is no septic tank.

No hot water heater. There is a Propane grill, lights & heat.

Directions from US 11 south:


Turn right at KY-11/Natural Bridge Rd Continue to follow KY-11 for about 5 miles

Turn right on 1036 for 6 miles.

( notice when the double yellow line stops because the next turn is exactly 1 mile from there. It is either mile marker 1 or 6 (I think its 6) You will be going down a steep hill on 1036 and

Turn (merge) left on Copperhead Rd (Sign might not be there) up a steep gravel road.
Go about one mile and then you will run into another gravel RD with a INFO box right in front of you..

Turn left in front of the INFO sign (about 130 degree turn)

Keep on that road for about 3/4 mile. You will pass a real nice cabin on the left (that's not ours) ours is the next cabin on the left. (Not building, shed or tent but cabin.)
