The only gym I've been to there is MetroRock, but I was very impressed with it. In fact, it's probably the nicest gym I've ever been to. Top-out bouldering, small crowds, and free shuttle pick-up from the T station.

What r some benefits of exercising during pregnancy? I've been exercising pretty much the whole pregnancy. Minus the 4 weeks I was on bed rest for subchorionic hematoma and 3 weeks on babymoon (but went hiking a few times during the vacay) .. Will this make my labor easier? Get me back in shape faster? What r the benefits of exercising?

There used to be this video of a pregnant woman who was like 8 1/2 months pregnant top roping a 5.10. She was wearing a body harness so she didn't put any pressure on her belly. I think in the video they were talking to her and she said that her doctor said that she could climb as long as she felt comfortable...

That would kind of suck to be the belayer if her water were to break...unless you are into that sort of thing.
