Im heading down from michigan in a week to RRG for my spring break to climb. i have been down there a couple of times before but that was in may and june. It looks like the weather will be in the low 50's during the day and there might be some "showers". Does this seam like good weather to climb in down there? its been a while science it has been in the 50's here in michigan.
Thanks,
dxcracker

Low 50's is great for climbing ! - If there is dry rock. Wet rock kinda sucks. You might go to places that are overhung like the Motherlode. If overhung routes are what you are looking for... come on. If you want exposed slab, it might be tough to find decent routes that are dry. We just watch the weather here and pick your days.
Right now it is cold and wet. Not so good. Next week ? Do you feel lucky ? Well... do ya' punk ? !!!

the weather always says that theres at least a 30% chance of rain in the gorge. I don't really worry about it until they get up to 70%-80%.

cool, i only climb around 10's so i am not a huge fan of overhung stuff as i can t really get up most of it. its just going to be nice to get out of michigan. im sure it will be a good time.

yeah looking forward to some PIZZA! and climbing of course. I work in ann arbor over the summer on jackson road, so naturally I climb at PR quite a bit. haven't been out there in a while though since i've been at school. I'm gonna be going down with a couple guys and I know of few other people from MSU who are going to be there. if you need people to climb with feel free to contact me.
