Last week, the Grand Targhee opened an Ice Park with a permit from the Targhee-Caribou National Forest. Just a week later, the park was closed to "public use" due to concerns over liability. Seems a bit scary of a precedent to me, even though it is a more "developed" area than our climbing on National Forest land,.
