It's difficult to describe. It was a photograph of some dude with the most awful hemmorhoids you've ever seen. He was squatting and straining. Apparently, he had partaken in some type of extreme acts in the past, due to the size of his butt-hole. It looked as if some of his intestines were coming out of his anus. Horrifying.
