2nd pitch of Windy Corner

Anyone ever do or try this? I got up to a little triangular section of the crack near the top of the crack section but couldn't find a place to put my foot. So if this is 11b the first pitch must be like 8+ right?

Tom Souders has done it. It's 11b.

I flailed on it on TR a long time ago. When the crack peters out (which is real soon after the anchors), move left on some crimps to get to the ledge.
