I am hoping to go to Ecuador to climb Cayambe (18,997'), Cotopaxi (19,348'), and Chimborazo (20,703') early to mid 2004. If you are interested in broadening your climbing horizons, please let me know via PM.
These are mountaineering climbs and does not involve technical climbing. It is listed as a Grade III climb which requires some technical mountaineering skills. Experience in the use of ice axe, crampons, and roped glacier travel is necessary.
I am also in the initial stages of pulling together a trip to Denali (20,320') in Alaska for 2005. This is a Grade IV climb.
If interested, I look forward to talking to you about these.
