Well, I rode my bike down to check this out. It's at th Audubon park south of town, really cool area along the river that I had not been to before. I like the whole idea of having a climbing wall in a public place, but obviously this is not going to be the end-all for Columbus Climbing. Still, looks like there is some cool steep bouldering on the wall as well.

The thing is not going to hold a candle to my unsent roof crack project on the OSU campus, though. :)


Oh, and Wes, if I get any FAs, I'll make sure to grade them high numbers, and put them on my 8a.spu profile with the comment "soft."

I think that caribe was talking about the pretty cool urban planning/wetlands preservation that was outlined in his link, not the climbing wall.

I would gladly trade all of Columbus's rock gyms for closer access to the RRG, duh.
