Everyone posting on this board has been where you are, Mack. It will even out....and I agree, not a bad obsession to have.
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

climbing is good. just try to moderate yourself more. your family will forget who you are cause you are gone all the time and only hang with them when you are injured.
