House for sale or rent in Clay City

I have a house for sale in Clay City. It's about 1.5 miles from the Mountain Parkway on top of Happy Top and about 20 mins from Miguels. It's about 1600 SF and sets on approximately 2 acres. The views are beautiful and it's at the end of dead end road so it's very private and peaceful. The house was built in 1996 and it's in good condition. I spent several thousand dollars on landscaping a few years ago. I'm asking 65,000. That is what I paid for the house in 2000. I would also consider renting it to someone who would be willing to do all the maintenance on the house while living there. I moved to Tucson, so I'm too far away to maintain it properly. If someone is interested in renting it, I would give them a good deal. The last guy was doing all the maintenance and paying $400 per month rent. I would be willing to drop the monthly rent to $350. I don't have any pictures handy, but I'm planning to get some pictures within a few weeks. It will not be available until the end of April.
