Happy at work?

Do you ever feel guilty about being in a good mood while you are at work? After a weekend of good climbing or just before a weekend of high expectations, I often walk around work in a very good mood, smile and say hi to people as I walk by. I even whistle on occasion. Most people where I work don't seem to be in good moods often and I wonder if they secretly hate me for my ability to smile, and then I start to feel guilty. Anyone else ever feel this way.

Personally I find giddiness annoying but if someone is consistently happy it's pretty cool.

agreed..if someone like krampus is "happy" only depending on his situation, then he needs his head flushed in the toilet.
situational happiness is a recipe for Prozac.....

I don't like it when people whistle in the bathroom. It makes me want to chop their head off.

I just try and smile at people regardless of how happy or tortured I happen to be at the time. Someone smiling back almost always helps so why shouldn't I? I definitely don't feel guilty about it.
People often accuse me of being one of the happiest people they know, which I guess is as a result of the smiles. If only they heard the voices in my head.
