i only made 2 this year but for a total of 45 days and about 3000miles of driving to get there

Always worth it. If I went down 10 times this year (probably less than that) that would be about 5000 miles.

Moved in January, only back in town once to pick up my family. Might go hiking next week while we're in for Xmas.

if you live in lex, go home each night, is that counted as two trips each weekend?

from jan-june i made aprox 24 trips @ aprox 540 miles per trip = 12,960 miles
from july - dec i made aprox 24 trips @ aprox 120 miles per trip = 2,880 miles
so maybe about 15,840 miles & 3 oil changes.
plus 2 trips to HP40, 2 trips to LRC & 1 trip to Hound Ears. - so a few more miles if those are counted too.
