Never have, and hope I never do.
One time at moore's wall in NC, when I was hang doggin the right variation of Zeus (13c) I was watching three peregrine falcons attack a huge buzzard looking bird. It was wild. I was actually above them by about 10 feet and about 50 feet away, becuase this section of routes start on a ledge about 150 feet up.

There have been some released in the area recently but I don't think they have returned.
I too was buzzed by one in Oregon. It was pretty gnarly.

fish and wildlife only have five pairs listed (that they know of) all of them are in suburban like areas.
most of the cliffs at the red are not tall enough for the falcons. they prefer cliffs that sit up a little more than 50ft. if there were any i would say ravens rock or longwall would be the best places for them.

Are you sure your not seeing Red Tail or Marsh Hawks. Perigrans were wiped out of the area in the forties.

For anyone who has lived in NC, you know the state likes to close crags becuase of those flying rats. Be careful what you mention.
