Yes. My feet just don't fit right in most shoes ( I now have 9 various pairs/sizes/shapes in rotation), so one thin layer of short socks needed to pad the aches. I'm currently trying barefoot in one pair, but they need just a bit of stretching yet to stop the rub on one toe.

Dang it. Less than 3 weeks til Christmas and I'm nowhere close to finishing 2 pairs of socks I'd planned to knit for gifts. Aaaarrrrgggghhhhh! Stop talking about socks. Yer stressing me out.

I love a good pair of socks, the giant packs of tube socks from the department store never really did it for my feet. now for wackin thats a whole nouther story.
