chest pain

Post by Shamis »

Anybody else ever get a pain right at the bottom of their sternum? Its kind of a sharp pain, and poking it exacerbates the problem. I had it once before, but can't remember what I did to make it go away if anything.

Maybe you broke your xyphoid process. The solution is easy. Just tell Ho to put his hands on your hips instead next time. No need to turn a loving moment into the Heimlich Maneuver.

Go climb squeeze chimneys. It helps.

Sounds like repetitive motion on those stairs you were telling me about. Change your work out routine. After a year I found that 60 daily pushups produce rep mo injuries, so I cut back a bit.

Of course this could also be evidence for God. Stop posting in the Death forum for a bit. Perhaps it will go away. You never know.

Where were you having problems? Those perfect pushup things really do help reduce elbow and wrist pain. Better workout too.

now that I think about it, I probably pulled something while doing a weird stemming/mantle move. Then injured it some more doing dips at a gym.

Whatever it is, it makes my heartburn bad though, I remembering that part now as I sit here with mounting heartburn.

that's probably what it is. I was told I had that like 7 years ago, but all symptoms of it have been gone for a few years...so I guess I set it off again. Oh well, not much to be done for it anyway. I'm still not signing up for that fundoplication bullshit.
