but palin could have been tutored!
(despite this obama is still in my opinion not experienced enough to lead and mccain/palin would have been a better choice)

McCain's campaign was a disaster. These unnamed "insiders" are just trying to cover for their own incompetent performance by throwing Palin under the bus.
I'm not saying Palin was all that great a choice for VP, not as bad a choice as Biden, mind you, but still, not that great. I'm just saying this is a bunch of self-serving shit being put up by campaign operatives that are afraid they'll never work on another political campaign unless they can blame their disasterous performance on someody other than themselves.

Sounds just like Republicans -- happy and smiley when people are looking at them, then throwing each other under the bus for selfish reasons as soon as they possibly can.

not as bad a choice as Biden
Right. The last thing this country needs is some idiot who thinks the Earth is 6000 years old and dinosaurs walked with man. Anyone with that level of critical thinking should not be leading other people.

I agree that they they are straight throwing her under a bus now that its all over, but if she really did not know that Africa is a continent, then she should not have even been considered for the position. We are all stupid for letting these people run our country.

You do know that this was just one more of those internet smears that has absolutely no basis in reality? Don't you? In fact I'd venture that most of your beliefs about Palin are "faith based". That is you believe them because that's what you want to believe. I challenge you to track down a verifiable source for Palin's so-called beliefs that you reference above.
This kind of stuff is on par with all that crap about Obama (secret Muslim, no U.S. birth certificate, etc.). The difference is that most people on the right recognized the Obama smears for what they were, while the brain trusts on the left took the lies that were spread about Palin, hook, line, and sinker.
