i will be heading to the gorge on friday looking for climbers and learning the area. i have never been there before but i have climbed for a few years and have some gear.

Just planning on doing a day trip one day this week either Th or Fr - looks like the best chance for good weather. What's derbyfest, should I go, where's it at, and how can it benefit me?

I think newshoes is having a tough time figuring out the board, since he/she still hasn't returned my private message

Derbyfest WILL benefit you cuz it will put you in contact with climbers. It is a festival for climbers and it is all day on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday night, we are going to be down at Mark's BBQ pit. Look in the other folders for info.

Chester, The Festival is all day Sunday only. Arno is teaching a women''s course on Saturday. !!

I'll be down sometime Sat. evening, as soon as I can free myself from the wedding!
