Cell 5 is an issue that really pisses me off. War and foreign aid is expensive and if we quit adding it to our debt, it would really change the way we look at the rest of the world.

Foreign aid pays dividends in peace. War doesn't pay back with anything other than more war.*

*unless you're a mercenary, profiteer, defense industry, or the grim reaper. Otherwise war is fucking expensive.

I remember hearing people say "we need a war to help the economy" you can't fix stupid, but you can douse it with gasoline and set it on fire
