Steve and I are days away from putting our house on the market. Yippie!!!
Decided to mention it here first because this is a perfect house for climbers.

Willing to leave climbing wall in the garage and treadmill upstairs.
We are on Lindy Lane close to Winchester Rd and the interstate.
The house is a little shy of 60 yrs. old, 1295 sq ft. red brick story and a half cape cod. Huge backyard, 2 car garage, big trees. Climber friendly paint scheme.

Only 1 bathroom (recently updated). Technically 4 bedrooms- 2 downstairs and then the second floor which we use for treadmill and storage. That area would be a nice master suite especially if you added a bath. Backyard is large enough for a hump and a rump.

Will post pics if requested.

We haven't settled on a price yet. Somewhere in the low to mid 100's. Nice little house, nice street but far enough away from the trendy neighborhoods to keep it reasonable. Unless word of mouth or message board turns up a potential buyer, we will sit down with an agent in a couple weeks.

If you haven't figured out where Winchester Rd. is by now, you are hopeless. Low to mid 100's is a bit vague though.

i'm assuming "low to mid 100's" means some where between 100 and 110. not really vague but a big confusing. i mean if someone said "low to mid 120" we'd understand what that means. of course i could be wrong and i am in position to buy a house

that's funny pawilkes because i always thought of a mid 100 as 150.

stop being a cheap bastard and support your local climbers!

We're looking for something right now, but I don't think I could afford the commute. If only I could have gotten a job in Kentucky...

Low to mid 100s sounds pretty good compared to the housing market here. Prices like that mean its not much more than a shell here.
