The JATD event came together because one person had incredible initiative to make it happen. Sandy proved that you don't have to be on the Board of Directors to take ownership of a volunteer opportunity.

Also, thanks to everyone who participated and to those who sponsored us (including Dipsi, those who donated tools/materials, and all those listed on the T-shirt).

And Mazz - I totally dig my new shirt with the cool design.

it was a labor of love and I am happy for my part in it. There was a ton of effort put forth by many, many people (you included, Ms. Meadows!). Thank you ALL so much. It was a great day, and night.

I love climbers.

Big props to everyone, especially those that came to sweat and get dirty. That said, Meadows definitely sells herself short. She was a big part of pulling this one off successfully.

Thanks to all the crew leaders too, I am amazed at how much we got done this weekend.

Everyone I've spoken to in the last week that felt guilty about not being able to show up........ no worries. Trail work doesn't have to be confined to trail days. Do what you can, when you can and everything works out.
