send it to Africa to fight aids?- treat or prevent, could it be spent better elsewhere- Biden wants to give Pakistan $1.5 Billion with no obligations- could it be better spent elsewhere? Do we even have this money? Is this where gas tax moneys go? Would $ 51.5 Billion dollars spent on USA infrastructure allow you to sleep at night?

that could by alot of condoms. to bad starvation and war is killing many Africans faster then AIDS.
