I will be gating my property in Muir I have never had problems with people going down there but someone did in the last two weeks.
Clarification in response to the emails, PMs and phone calls Rick and I are receiving from people who had previously contacted us wanting to buy property in Muir or adjacent to Muir: No, we did not sell off a piece of Muir Valley. Nor, do we intend to. Mike Driskel is a good neighbor, who owns a beautiful piece of property adjacent to Muir Valley, but it is not in Muir. Nor, have we ever owned that property.
We did recently acquire all the cliffline property adjacent to and overlooking Muir from the Stadium in the Tantroft hollow down to the Practice Wall in Joe Ponder on the east side. We may consider developing that property and making it available at a later date, but not in the immediate future.
