I am sure this has been discussed ad nauseum in some thread, but you probably have nothing better to do anyway.
So what bands do you play to get amped for climbing/working out?

Whilojo turned me on to the fact that just about anything "zydeco" is the absolute shiznit for motivation of any kind.
