Ok ...have had a lot of request for more information so :
Location: 11 to Shoemaker Ridge Rd which is 1/10 of a mile past Koops and 4/10 of a mile past Fixer Rd, mile or more past the beer store, and about 2 miles before to the road that goes to Motherlode etc. No gps stuff
Stuff: The road is gated to keep out the cock fighters and meth heads otherwise hospitable. Locals are friendly but that asshole who breaks in all the cars is somewhere near by...shoot him.
There are about 28 lots inside , 4 beautiful cabins and a ton of good times and good people. Several are climbers you all know.
The price is 15,000.00 no bickering it's worth it.
BONUS have secret crag and permission from the owner to use it, all Trad. (no I will not tell you where)

My climbing partner, my son, got hitched, bought a house, gonna be working on a family of his own and it's not the same without him.
