Mpeg Video

My wife got this really cool digital movie camera at work and it makes an mpeg movie. Is it possible to post this kind of a digital format on to the site (theoretically I mean)? I'd probably never do it, no one wants to see me flail on a V1.

Just thought about it and there are several reasons why that might be a bad idea.

Yeah, I'd like to meet your wife before you show us your home movies. I'd hate to get the wrong first impression
