i did it! I been thinking about going running for long time but just end up doing something else and i did it _ i actually ran today. Slow slow slow running for about three miles or so but it was pretty fun!

Isn't it strange how good that first run can feel but the second is still so hard to start?

KD, if you want to run with me sometime in Cherokee let me know... I usually go 5 - 7.5 miles around Baringer a few times and through the Highlands for some spice. It is fun, and I go pretty slow......

Main loop is 4.2 miles. Side trails can get you up to 5 I think.

I got into climbing because i got injured from running TOO much (aka 40 to 60 miles a week), and i needed something to do with all my extra spare time. I still run once a week or so, but its not as fun and easy as it once was. Running a 5th marathon is out of the question. :o(
