Actually, I climbed trad for about 4-6 months. I just don't like it. Sport climbing is more fun.

You want to TRY bouldering outside??? Where else can you boulder??? Indoors there aren't any boulders, so how can it be bouldering?

Have you been smoking again? It's called bouldering indoors even though there are not any boulders. (I do agree that it's practice climbing, I bouldered indoors to get stronger for sport climbing)

we "hiked" to Church Rock (all 200 yards and 50' of elevation gain, hiked the back way into Torrent, the main trail to Skybridge, the trail to Jack and Jones, and Fortress. And hiked back out of all those. And to throw something else in your mix, I'm in full belief that driving in between made it worse. That, in Kentucky summer humidity, is tough for us weekenders. If you'd like to join me for one of those days this spring, I'd be happy to kill you and leave you at a remote crag. Say the word.
