Oh the second child gets educated, but the parents have to pay.

I read it. You are going to have to point me to the bad bits, because I don't see anything glaringly wrong. There is no forced abortion. People are deciding to abort because they can not afford to raise the child. Even so abortion rates are lower than the USA. "The policy is controversial both within and outside China because of the manner in which the policy has been implemented, and because of concerns about negative economic and social consequences. The policy has been implicated in an increase in forced abortions and female infanticide, and has been suggested as a possible cause behind China's gender imbalance. Nonetheless, a
2008 survey undertaken by the Pew Research Center showed that over 76% of the Chinese population supports the policy."

Your link to "fistgate" just proves my point. Why is there a controversy over teaching kids about safe sex? If we had our priorities straight we would be giving out bags of condoms to every public school student.

fistgate is like taking flying lessons and being taught how to crash- I agree that American society has a rather dubious record of teaching human sexuality but health and sociological considerations aside the dude is openly advocating techniques for peeing on another etc..., besides kids can learn that stuff from rappers, bring back drivers' ed if you want to save kids lives
