It has been enforced at the providence level, so sure in some areas things are lax, but in others not so much. And violating the policy can carry large fines....and if you are a poor chinese worker and don't have any money....

wow, the chinese population goes on record supporting a government mandate- shocking- and you know, it makes me wonder, whats going on,

Your link to "fistgate" just proves my point. Why is there a controversy over teaching kids about safe sex? If we had our priorities straight we would be giving out bags of condoms to every public school student.

I'm all for teaching safe sex, but cmon, really?

fistgate is like taking flying lessons and being taught how to crash- I agree that American society has a rather dubious record of teaching human sexuality but health and sociological considerations aside the dude is openly advocating techniques for peeing on another etc..., besides kids can learn that stuff from rappers, bring back drivers' ed if you want to save kids lives

it all makes me very sad,
i see too many confused, misled, hurting people
