Big list of things have made my heart smile lately.........

Morgain, Pete, Eric, and JR. Wes, Dario, Mia, Ryan and Virg, Dr. Bob, Pauly, Blakey, Kimmy, Chris, Don n Jodi, Folk, Tacketts' family, Miguel n Susan, Rick and Liz, Jeff and True North, Mark and Kathy, everyone that's called, everyone that's stopped by, everyone I forgot to mention, everything that's been done so far, and everything that will be done.

But mostly, it's that I get to keep seeing those big beautiful eyes that not only own Matt Tackett, but have captured all of our hearts.

I see a mega group hug coming- thanks to everyone, after watching 2 seconds of "Are you smarter than a fifth grader" I realized I'm lucky to be in such a great subset> Ha

I'm happy that I still have both of my friends to entertain with my Gabe "TJ" Barlow ways. And that everyone else gets to take part as well.

Because I love this thread and even if you don't know it, positive vibes and big hugs do good stuff in your life.

So, here's the hippie Buddhist thought for the day.......
Thich Nhat Hanh wrote:Hugging Meditation
When we hug, our hearts connect and we know that we are not separate beings. Hugging with mindfulness and concentration can bring reconciliation, healing, understanding, and much happiness. The practice of mindful hugging has helped so many to reconcile with each other- fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, friends and friends, and so many others.

Plus, I get to fly to Denver Fri morning and climb for a week so I'm pretty jazzed about life right now. :D

Hugh

Crusty ol’ Hugh, he hasn’t a clue
What shorter climbers have found.
When he gets a hanker, he just snags the anchor
While standing there flat on the ground.

While it is true that I am tall
I still climb and I fall
like the ordinary short guy

Reaching on through
the crux moves, now few
but I tip toe to reach them, not fly.

I missed you that night, Virg! The bars in Louisville are way more fun with those guys around. :)
