i used to live in colorado springs, so I know what you are talking about. the sport park is a sad place to visit....

I am guessing you have tried out rifle and shelf....shelf can be a bit much too at times....

earlier, I was just worried that people were lowered off the anchors. hence my annoying vigilance.

haven't been to rifle yet. I like shelf except for the bolted cracks. may go there sun. only been there 3x, but liked Back to the Future at the Bank.

bolted cracks are the future...who wants to deal with all that trad crap anyway...it will go by the wayside just like tubers will... :twisted:

shes right ubg.....climbing is trying to appeal to the lowest denominator, and like fast food, a rack of draws is the future of climbing...actually, auto belays at the major crags is going to be the rave soon....

actually, most of the over weight, prune faced mid life crisis crowd that proudly proclaims they are "trad until they die" are just incapable of...aw forget it, I am tired of reciting the same programmed lines that SCIN gave me...

trad is boring and time consuming....bottom line.
