That would be as absurd as asking if they carry hepatitis A, B, or C. I accept the very real potential exposure to these as part of the risk I take while climbing. But If I can reach just few and dissuade them with this post it will all have been worth it. If people who knowingly carry any of these blood borne afflictions climb and bleed on the rock then don’t you also think they should be held criminally responsible for such actions?

Tom all I am saying is that I am a Christian. I am offended by your loose handling of the scriptures. I am not a homophobe. I consider homosexuality to be wrong. Immoral. Would I condemn someone who practiced it. I can't. For me to do that would be to condemn my ownself. My right or wrongness has nothing to do with what is right or wrong. read that again. Read it very carefully. This is my statement. There is objective truth. My opinion of it does not change it.

spraydog, Really I think climbing is just way too dangerous for you, I mean have you thought about knitting? I heard that anal sex fixated people like yourself really excel at the art of knitting, you should try it.

wow, ok..i do sense a funny paradox going on here...the "tolerant" amongst us are now bashing and making fun of the christians on here..does our bashing of religous people who hold views different than ours any more "enlightened" than theirs? come on people...wake up...bashing religous people is no more mature than bashing gays...you can't have it both ways...

dirt has a right to his well justifed beliefs and position
tomdarch has a right to his well justified beliefs and position

what we get to argue about is the validity of each viewpoint, but to bash the other with inflammatory rhetoric is just plain childish...

I watched Howard Dean last night, and his speech at the Florida Dem Convention...I almosted laughed completely thru it, as he used virtually the same language that the Republicans used when trying to keep Gore out of the White House...lots of cheerleading, plenty of partisan, empty rhetoric, and a surprising amount of blind allegiance....scary to think what a frenzy of "hate" our politicians can whip up to fit their agenda....Repub. did it with the immoral Clinton, Dems now doing it with the "immoral" Bush...

If you only see one side of this picture, and can't envision YOUR party being guilty, then you are part of the deluded masses.

This is so scary. Howard Dean scares me to death. I fear that the media will adopt him as their choice and drown out the incumbant Bush. i hope that Level heads prevail.

VOTE FOR HILLARY!!!! If she ever runs for President I'd vote for her in a second. She's a dishonest as Bill was, but as we all know, you can only trust a dishonest person. They'll pretty much run true to form.

Politicians in general scare the hell out of me. I haven't met a good one yet and my family is REALLY politically active.

(flashback 3 pages) Huggles -- sarcasm, I think I've heard of that. Seriously, my apologies. That was a knee jerk reaction but understand it sounds like the typical response I'm use to dealing with. I'm witnessed to 3 times a week on average by my coworkers and it gets a little annoying. For readers at home it needed to be said that not everyone subscribes to that mindset, not that there's anything wrong with it.

Back on topic, this has to be a troll. Is life so easy for those of you that you have to cause grief to other people in the world? Life's tough all over and I can't understand why people have to fuck with people who aren't directly fucking with them. What's so hard about letting people live their life?

My Mom just called me from the Fletcher inauguration to rub it in. She wanted to ask me to the party at the governer's mansion tonight but said I probably wouldn't clear security because of the political literature I get in the mail.
