Liability is the usual concern I believe. At this point it doesn't matter much as the PMRP is 90% developed, but for future land acquisitions it would be awesome to see some formally stated guidelines outlining best practices for responsible route development.

Just wanted to give a shout out and big thank you to all who have donated to this project.
We were able to give some much needed love to Pebbel Beach yesterday..
We had a great group of guys giving up a great day of climbing..
Bob,Jason,Dan,Aaron and Dustin drillbillies for the day.. thanks guys!!

New lead bolts and anchors for Ju Ju and Sundance.. Also anchors for Roaming the Halls..

Old bolts pulled on the chronic and the reacharound. I think that this means the whole left side of the lode is now rebolted and the old gear stripped.

By the way... two of the old bolts pulled off of the Chronic last weekend were 2 inch bolts. Way to short for that steep and soft rock. I was surprised to say the least.

Yeah, I've been pulling lots of sketch 2-3/4" and 3/8" bolts lately.
