I was hiking down the approach from Roadside awhile back and came face to face with a green tree snake hanging down from the Rhodos. Wish I'd had my camera, he was the most beautiful snake I've seen in the wild.

Is the huge garter snake still hanging out with the copperheads at the base of ky pinstripe?

I looked for them and did'nt see them Chester. We had fun on vision and casual viewing. you shoulda been there with us.

thanks for the link. what i found most interesting, however, was how bad it made me want my own monkey.

Ran into what I'm pretty sure was a cotton mouth while I was canoeing in Missouri this weekend. Swam right up and bumped against the canoe, right next to where I was sitting, pretty cool, and a little scary at the same time.
