Meadows, heh. Yeah I used to climb a lot in the Red, in the 90's. Then all these other people showed up and I moved on to greener (old and broken) pastures.

Fixed that for you....

Exactly. No dog cause it was a challenge to handle the responsibility then and now it's even worse. Left the box at home years ago when it wasn't just us at the cliff.

Regardless, it's better for everyone if I just play bikes with Corpse and post about climbing cause I never will again.

I feel ya Charlie. Since most people get into climbing to begin with because it's "cool" - Mt biking is way cooler.

No one ever said you had to ask permission to bolt a direct start. Coming from a sponsered rapper I wouldn't expect you to understand climbing ediquete.

There's been a few times I've considered "mining" the tree line around a crag, no not with explosives, just some Exlax laced snausages. Throw them just far enough that dogs on a leash can't get to them but those roaming around find them and get the shits 8 hours later, hopefully at home on the carpet.

Ok, I tried walking my dog on a leash to the Lode and tying it up all day there with the other dogs running free. Initially, as we walked up, an unleashed dog attacked my dog who was leashed. I still kept her tied up all day, but it is sort of pointless if other dogs are constanly running up to her or want to fight etc.. I think it is only effective if all the dogs are tied up. I'll stick with it though and see how it goes.
Hauling a big ego up a route adds at least a full grade.
