if you are in way over your head it's hard to build proper technique. the middle of the ocean is not the place to learn how to swim. and tick marks wash off in salt water.

learning to properly place tick marks,
Speaking of that, I was thinking we should do a clinic on it because it does require skill. Rhunt, Wes, and Pigsteak should hold the clinic complete with demos of how you'll fall off a route if you tick a foot as a hand.

Then you should get in the water just over your head.
the clinic won't be cheap and all proceeds go to the RRGCC. I am thinking $50.00 a person. The plus side is the clinic will only take about 20 minutes then you can head off to work on your proj. all chalk will be provided. free brush to the first 10 people to register.
why a free brush rhunt? no one cleans up after themselves at the Red.
heck, have you ever seen the over flowing bottle bins at miguel's? people think that the dirt is an excellent place to throw their beer bottles after the bin is full. brushes won't work.
Come on, Pigsteak. Do we have to spell everything out for you? Rhunt's planning on giving away all the brushes in the world to people who don't want to brush (i.e. those who would attend a ticking clinic) so that there aren't any left for those who brush.
