Anyone want to start running (trail or road) and/or cycling on weekday mornings? I am free until 10:30 M-TH and until 2:30 on Fri.

Well after the Highland Sky this past weekend, I think my short lived little trail running hobby has come to an end. Back to climbing. Steve, Jill, and stick clip coming soon to a crag near you soon. Better yet, who wants to put up Mr Bungle for me this weekend?
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.
