All of the killer burritos have too many calories unless you just worked out. Save the last third for breakfast the next morning.

i've been eating a whole food diet for nearly 3 months now since
I learned my cholestero was too dam high---and have succesfully dropped 25 lbs. and my body has adapted well; had mac d's the other day and felt like shit fir the rest of the day.
no processed foods, no refined sugars and i feel MUCH better! It has been a fun challenge in the kitchen, too!

The world we live in makes it really hard to stay trim. I spend most of my work day sitting and then drive home where daily chores require little effort. It takes a lot of exercise to make up for sitting on your butt all day. And like Artsay alluded to with her office, there is fresh, yummy good food everywhere, don't think people had so many food choices a generation or 2 ago.

And really bad food choices. I'm learning to say no to lots of junk I use to eat.
The good stuff takes longer to make but it's so worth it.
