Sure he did. I've seen it with my own eyes on several occasions. Hopefully, when I'm that age, I'll be doing the same!

He actually hit on me and the other girl that was with me the day I took pictures of him and his friend...but I thought it was funny and took no offence. And I was probably 21 at the time, which isn't all that young (if you were implying minors). Rest in peace, Mayor.

I once told him that he was cute, and his face really lit up with a huge smile and twinkling eyes. He was friendly, a huge flirt, and harmless as far as I could tell.
I still miss seeing the mayor and remain horrified by the circumstances of his death.

He couldn't have weighed more than 90 pounds soaking wet. Not exactly a threat to anyone.

my name is Tracy Sparks. I am the vice mayor, according to Rodney Tucker, the Mayor of Slade. And I was Rodney Tucker's barber at that time. It was a hot night and we couldn't figure out what to do, so we decided to get drunk and shave our heads. That was Rodney's idea. After we done that, we stole a tractor and drove it off a bluff at the Snake Pit. If only you could have seen our faces as we were jumping off that damned tractor as it was going over the cliff!! The tractor ended up in the creek behind Charles Haggard's, and we ended up sleeping under a cardboard box, drinking Kessler and being bald-headed drunks!

His life stories sound awesome. As for the 'aged' and the young hotties; what's the accepted age span or hi/low limits among the RRG family? I was dating a 23 yr. old back when I was 52. She was ok with it, and obviously I had no complaints. Full disclosure is required of course.
