Jeez-n-Crackers! I did not want to wade into this morass. However, with lightening rods like C2C and Pigsteak how can this be avoided? The best approach is to have to two lines coexist for the reasons that I made public. Andrew I think the world of you and even more of your dad. He's one of my heroes--pulling down hard at his age. I did not figure the abrupt snark of the route name would ruffle your or his feathers, and I suspect that it actually hasn't.
It's fun stuff. In my mind we remain genial, jovial and retain an air of jocularity about the whole affair.
My first suggestion for the route name was coexist, like the pan-spiritual bumper sticker. Its first meaning is nominal, but its second meaning is more aggressive because the religions don't tend to coexist. Unfortunately this name has nothing to do with chocolate.
R. Kelly Ethics gets the job done in a more humorous, colloquial manner, but I hope you can appreciate it in its essence of levity instead of an adversarial gesture.

I think you should add "tumescent" to you list of lofty adjectives.

Ian, seriously? Where are you pissing now? The only reason Joe Sportowsky knows there is a trad line there is because this forum publicizes it. Otherwise, there is no trace, impact on the sport climber on EGBG.
- The situational reverse does not commute.
commute def #9: Mathematics . to give the same result whether operating on the left or on the right.

Let me summarize. "my name is Caribe and I am a giant DICK. I use big words to show my superiority and to oppress others"
I prefer my vocabulary choice.

The only way I can even be moderately entertained by this hopelessly trite scrimmage is to enjoy myself.

Probably true, I have heard from several young chemistry students that Caribe is hung like a water buffalo.

This thread really disappointed me. I thought this would be a climber online version of the game show and I wanted to play.

"Trad routes are something of a precious commodity at our local crags and as such as they should be preserved and protected. By contrast there is no shortage of good sport climbing in the RRG, so why the need to bolt the few well-protected trad lines that do exist?"
Yep, Dustin, that's really all that needs to be said.
