Birth control is a very smart public policy that should be provided if we know what is good for us. Lemmings, bacteria in a petri dish, etc. all show what happens when you overpopulate. But the religious idiots can't open their minds and get their heads out of their asses.

Birth control is a great thing, especially when you have a society that has little moral upbringing and self control, public or private funding of birth control is indicative of a society where public teachers' unions are the focus and not the education of children. oh wait, its time for the liberal response , wait wait oh there it is, but eh eh insurance pays for viagra!! Good point jerkweed!

Kids who take the "abstinence pledge" and refuse sex education wait longer to have sex by about 1 year, but then have higher incidences of unwanted pregnancies once they have sex. The point is....teens are going to have sex, even if they believe they shouldn't. It is a biological drive and teens do not have well-developed executive functioning in the frontal lobes of their brains yet. So....give them a condom and tell them not to have sex until they are married.

Condoms are already free....Most health services, planned parent hood, college campuses give them away free all of the time. My school has a bunch of little paper bags outside of the health office with 10 condoms in them and girls are still getting knocked up. Its like sayying that all Fat people should get a free pair of running shoes. If they are to dumb or lazy to fucking use them then its just a waste of money.
